Shipping Update
Subject: Reintroduction of USA Shipping
Date: 25th December 2020, 8PM GMT

We are pleased to announce that we can start sending our items out to the US again, We will be using USPS Smartmail Expedited instead of Royal Mail. This service provides tracking details as soon as it arrives in the USA.

The process for this will be as follows, Every Monday we will ship our US items to our delivery partner via courier. Once recieved by pur delivery partner they will send them on to USPS for delivery and we will update the tracking information on your item. The time for shipping will vary depending on when the order is placed so please bear this in mind when ordering. (i.e if you place on a Tuesday your item will not be shipped for 6 days making it an all round 11-14 day shipping time)

Unfortunately, we are still unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.

Shipping Information 

How much does shipping cost?
UK Shipping is Free. If you are an International customer, please use the options available at checkout to see what best suits you.

Where do we ship?
We ship both to the UK and Internationally, there are some exceptions including, but not limited to North Korea, Palestine, Syria, Timor and Yemen. Unfortunately, if your country does not have a postal option at checkout then we are unable to ship to that country due to our delivery partner not offering a cost-effective option for our customers.

What service do you use?
We use Royal Mail 2nd class service for our deliveries within the UK, Upgrade options are available should you need it a little quicker. For International orders we offer Royal Mail international standard, International Tracked & Signed, International Signed or International Tracked. You will be able to select the delivery option of your choice at checkout, this will be based on the delivery options available in your country. For some countries only one delivery option is available, this is because our delivery partner doesn’t offer an economy or standard service to that country.

What if I didn’t receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 working days for all orders within the UK. For International standard please allow up to 14 days, as this is not tracked. Should you have any problems please contact us at hello@totallycharming.co.uk

My item has arrived damaged!
Nooo! This is not something we like to hear, apologies that this has happened. Get in touch with us at hello@totallycharming.co.uk and we will resolve this for you as soon as we can! Make sure to send us pictures so we can chase this with our delivery partners and give them a right good telling off!

I want to return my item?
We’re sorry you want to return you item, please get in touch with us at hello@totallycharming.co.uk if there is an issue with your order. We would be more than happy to help!

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at totallycharming.co.uk operated by Totally Charming Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please get in contact with our customer service team before returning your item to us, we will be glad to help you.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
