We are sorry to hear your thinking of cancelling, if you’d like to cancel please head over to your account and follow the instructions to cancel. Please cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next payment is due to ensure the next payment is not taken out and to prevent us from shipping the item. Please note if you pre-paid for a set amount of months plan, we are unable to cancel your subscription until your minimum term has passed.
We will not refund any cancelled subscriptions if the item has already been shipped, if this is the case the buyer is to return the item at their own cost and only once received and checked will a refund be processed.
If your payment has been taken and you wish to cancel, you must email email@example.com as soon as possible to prevent us shipping the item, we can then process the refund as soon as possible.
Due to a high number of customer requests, we may not always be able to get to your request quickly enough to prevent shipping if the payment has already been taken. If this is the case then you will have to return the item following the process above
Although we will try to do this in a timely manner, all returns from cancelled but shipped subscriptions are subject to a 7-day turnaround to process the refund.All returns from cancelled but shipped products are subject to a 10% deduction of the full refund amount. This is to cover any associated costs incurred for postage and payment processing.
Should you cancel more than 48 hours before billing and still be billed and receive your subscription, we will incur all costs associated with shipping and payment processing. You will not be subject to the 10% deduction as above.
All refunds can take up to 7-10 days to appear in your account, this will depend on the payment provider or bank used.
